MALAYSIAN SIGN LANGUAGE (BIM) COURSE

Level 1 is the basic class for beginners with no prior knowledge of Malaysian

Sign Language (BIM). It focuses on building students’ vocabulary bank of sords

(sign-words) with a little introduction to Deaf grammar and song interpreting.

The course is built with 2 exposure programmes where students meet and interact

with Deaf outside – applying what is learned in class and learning new sords at the

same time.
